Refund Policy

We want you to love your set! Every Land of Mahjong order is backed by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If your set isn't the right fit for your table, we’re happy to help you process a return.

To start a return, simply contact us at landofmahjong@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Unopened & Unused Condition: Items (tiles, mats, racks, cards, and accessories) must be unopened, unused, and in their original plastic wrapping and packaging so they can be safely resold.

  • Photo Verification: Before issuing return instructions, our support team will ask for photos showing that the item is unopened and the factory seal/packaging is intact.

  • Prior Approval: Returns sent back without prior approval from our team will not be accepted.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and custom items are non-returnable.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs and any shipping protection additions are non-refundable.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Processing & Refunds

Once our team reviews your photos and approves the return request, we will send over the return address and mailing instructions.

Please allow up to 14 days after we receive your returned package for it to be inspected and processed. Once approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.

If you haven’t seen your refund within 7 business days of our receipt confirmation, just reach out to us and we’ll resolve it right away!

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives! If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out to us right away with a photo of the issue. In most cases, you won’t need to send anything back—we will happily ship a replacement (or missing piece) to make it right for you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You can cancel or change your order within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our team. After 12 hours, orders move straight to our fulfillment process for fast shipping and can no longer be modified. If you notice a typo in your shipping address, reach out as soon as possible before shipping, and we’ll do our best to catch it!

If Your Order Never Arrives

If tracking shows your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping window, contact us and we will investigate. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send out a replacement right away.
