Refund policy

We want you to love your set. Every Land of Mahjong order is backed by our 99-Day Money-Back Guarantee — play a full season of game nights, and if your table isn't obsessed, send it back for a refund.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. You have 99 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging (tiles, racks, mat, cards, and all accessories included).
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Original shipping costs and any shipping protection are non-refundable.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. To make sure your return arrives safely, we recommend a trackable shipping service.

Processing & Refunds

Once your return is approved by our Customer Care team, we'll send return instructions and the address. Please allow up to 14 days after we receive your return for it to be inspected and processed. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

If you haven't seen your refund within 7 days of us confirming receipt of your return, contact us and we'll sort it out quickly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away with a photo. In most cases you won't need to return it — we'll ship a replacement (or the missing piece) to make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You can cancel or change your order within 12 hours of purchase — just contact us. After that, orders move to our fulfillment team for fast shipping and we can no longer make changes. If you spot a mistake in your shipping address, reach out as soon as possible before the order ships and we'll do our best to help.

If Your Order Never Arrives

If tracking shows your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll investigate. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement right away.
